Export Readiness Assessment Programme

The Export Readiness Assessment (ERA) is a structured evaluation designed to help Pakistani pharmaceutical companies understand their current capabilities and identify gaps relative to international export requirements. The assessment covers GMP compliance, regulatory dossier readiness, quality management systems, supply chain capabilities, and commercial readiness.

Post-Assessment Support

Following the ERA, companies receive a customized Export Roadmap outlining the steps, timeline, and estimated costs to achieve export readiness for their target markets. TDAP links companies with appropriate technical assistance programmes, financing options, and regulatory consultants to help implement the roadmap. Follow-up assessments are available after 12 months to measure progress.
